Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of motion graphic and graphic design production, from concept development to final output
  • Develop visual concepts and storytelling for client needs across digital content, social media, campaigns, and TVC
  • Execute motion and graphics based on briefs, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives
  • Conduct supervision, quality control, and continuous improvement throughout the digital graphic production and editing process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Communications or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Motion Designer/Graphic Designer (agency or inhouse)
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of design principles (layout, color, typography) and ability to articulate design concepts and rationale
  • Strong visual sense, taste, and attention to detail
  • Experience creating content for digital ads, social media, branding, and campaigns
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and revisions
