**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Creative Development**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and design compelling motion graphics that effectively communicate key messages and ideas.

**Design and Animation**:

- Develop high-quality animations, kinetic typography, and motion visuals using tools like **Adobe After Effects**, **Cinema 4D**, or **Blender**.
- Enhance static graphics with dynamic animation techniques.

**Video Production**:

- Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and smooth transitions into video projects to elevate storytelling and audience engagement.

**Brand Alignment**:

- Ensure all designs and animations strictly adhere to **brand guidelines**, delivering a consistent and professional visual identity across all mediums.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with designers, marketers, and content teams to create cohesive multimedia projects that align with campaign goals.

**Storyboarding and Concept Visuals**:

- Create detailed **storyboards** or **style frames** to visualize ideas and secure approval from stakeholders before beginning production.

**Quality Assurance and Problem-Solving**:

- Address design challenges and implement feedback while maintaining a high standard of creativity and technical precision.

**Project Management**:

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.

**Qualifications：**
- Bachelor's degree in **Graphic Design**, **Animation**, **Visual Arts**, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects.
- Proficiency in **motion design and video editing software**, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of **3D animation software** (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with video formats, rendering processes, and platform-specific requirements.
- Strong understanding of **animation principles**, **typography**, **color theory**, and **composition**.
- Ability to adapt designs based on platform trends and user preferences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively and present design concepts.
- Highly organized, with strong **time management** skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in **3D modeling**, **texturing**, and **rendering**.
- Knowledge of **UX/UI design principles** for interactive projects.
- Familiarity with **sound design** and **audio editing software**.
- Awareness of emerging trends in digital media and marketing strategies.
