Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Consulting Manager role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Consulting Manager will lead and oversee business consulting projects, develop tailored strategies for clients, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, presenting actionable recommendations to clients, and managing client relationships. The role requires leadership and collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Strategy, Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement
- Ability to conduct Data Analysis and Business Operations Analysis effectively
- Experience in Project Management and Team Leadership
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Decision-Making skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years management consulting experience or a similar role is highly preferred
