Qualifications

• Certification and Training: Completion of a recognized training program or certification in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practicing Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale spa setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in a variety of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and holistic therapies that align with the luxury brand's standards.
• Guest-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and a proven ability to tailor treatments to individual preferences and needs.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with guests, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their comfort.
