Job Description:

  • Melakukan pengecekan rutin pada peralatan spa (bed treatment, shower, water heater, AC).
  • Menangani perbaikan dasar untuk masalah listrik, plumbing, dan mechanical.
  • Memperbaiki kerusakan bangunan ringan seperti pintu, dinding, plafon, atau lantai.
  • Memantau dan merawat AC (filter, unit indoor/outdoor)
  • Memastikan seluruh outlet dalam kondisi aman, bersih, dan berfungsi dengan baik.
  • Melaksanakan preventive maintenance sesuai jadwal mingguan dan bulanan.
  • Menangani permintaan perbaikan mendadak dari 3 outlet
  • Membuat catatan pekerjaan maintenance, laporan kerusakan, dan penggunaan spare part.
  • Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke setiap outlet untuk inspeksi fasilitas dan peralatan.

Requirement:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, lebih disukai jurusan Teknik (Listrik, Mesin, Bangunan).
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang maintenance, teknisi, atau perbaikan fasilitas menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Mampu melakukan perbaikan dasar dan menggunakan peralatan kerja manual
  • Siap bekerja mobile dan mengunjungi 3 outlet sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Sehat jasmani, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan.
  • Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan Spa dan mengikuti standar kebersihan & keamanan.
  • Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan serta merespons panggilan perbaikan mendadak.
