About the role

As a Utility Supervisor at PT Indofood Fortuna Makmur, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's utility systems. This is a full-time position based in Semarang, Central Java, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's utilities, including power, water, and waste management.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (strong current specialization is an advantage).
  • Minimum GPA: 3.00.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Utility Supervisor or in a related position.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills.
  • Good understanding of WWTP/WRP processes and utility machinery, both electrical and mechanical.
  • Willing to be placed at Semarang, Central Java.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the utility section to ensure the continuous supply of utilities to the factory.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to keep utility equipment and infrastructure in good working order
  • Monitoring and analysing utility usage data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Coordinate the WWTP/WRP section to achieve effectiveness and efficiency at the WWTP/WR plant.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance for the WWTP/WRP and utility systems.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure utility requirements are met and aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standard
