What you'll be doing

  • Support the execution of an effective performance management system by ensuring data completeness and accuracy, as well as updating data based on actual conditions, to provide reliable insights for performance evaluation and future strategic initiatives.
  • Collect required data related to the performance management system to ensure complete and comprehensive information.
  • Validate and verify data to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and alignment with performance indicators.
  • Maintain, organize, and document work files and performance management records in a structured and systematic manner to ensure easy retrieval when needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure that the performance management system and performance evaluation programs are implemented effectively and in accordance with established standards and timelines.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
  • 2 years experience in performance management, ideally within an Organisational Development or HR role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Sheets and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Familiarity with performance management best practices and their application in a business context
