Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and post journal entries (e.g., accruals, prepaid expenses, reclassifications) to the general ledger, ensuring proper categorization.
  • Perform timely and accurate bank and balance sheet reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assist the Senior Accountant and/or Accounting Manager with the month-end and year-end closing processes to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Support the processing of invoices, expense reports, and/or collection activities as needed.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data, such as expense variances, and preparing supporting schedules and reports.
  • Ensure all accounting transactions and processes adhere to company policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS (as applicable).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of progressive experience in an Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Financial Reporting role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Familiarity with major accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Solid understanding of General Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Willing to be Placed in West Jakarta.
