Job Description Summary:

Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical services and post-sales support for oil palm seedlings, while maintaining product quality, company reputation, and the continued use of the product by customers.

Job Description :

  • Provide education and technical guidance on proper planting techniques for oil palm seedlings, both in the pre-nursery and main nursery stages.

  • Follow up on all issues and complaints received by Damimas related to field problems such as poor growth, abnormalities, or non-compliance with maintenance standards, including conducting investigations and providing solutions.

  • Document and report all customer visit results, to be used for evaluation and follow-up actions for continuous improvement.

  • Build customer trust and loyalty to ensure they continue purchasing from Damimas by maintaining good communication, relationships, and providing consultation for any inquiries.

  • Conduct socialization or outreach regarding Damimas products to potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and companies.

  • Monitor Damimas material used for observation or research in internal or external areas when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, Agronomy

  • Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience

  • Technical Competency : Agronomy

  • Placement in Riau
