About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Finance & Strategy to support strategic and financial decision-making across the group. The role offers strong exposure to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth
    market research to identify industry trends, financial benchmarks, competitive landscapes
    , and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed research reports, insights, and presentation decks for senior management.
  • Develop transaction documents to support bank loan applications and fundraising activities.
  • Create
    P&L
    models and market research models to support business planning.
  • Analyze market data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Prepare documents, data, and financial analysis to address inquiries from banks, investors, and senior management.
  • Ensure all information presented is accurate, structured, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance from reputable universities (UI, ITB, UGM, or overseas graduates preferred).
  • Open for fresh graduate with Internship experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, index-match; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical thinking with solid business acumen.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Result-driven with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
