About the role

PT Heritage Amanah International is seeking an exceptional Corporate Finance Support to join our dynamic team in our Jakarta Selatan office. This full-time role will be integral in supporting our strategic initiatives and driving continued growth within our Financial Banking & Corporate Investment division.

What you'll be doing

  1. Financial Analysis Support : Review and interpret financial statements and key ratios, highlighting important insights for decision-making.
  2. Modeling & Valuation Assistance : Help prepare financial projections, basic company valuations, and feasibility analyses under guidance.
  3. Project Tracking : Monitoring progress of ongoing projects, maintain task lists, and ensure timely follow-ups on pending items.
  4. Presentation Materials: prepare clear, well-structured presentations decks and investment memos for internal discussions and external pitching.
  5. Meeting Support : Take detailed notes during meetings, organize them into actionable points, and circulate summaries.
  6. Research & Benchmarking : Conduct desktop research on industries, competitors, and potential investment opportunities to support decision-making.
  7. Management Liaison (Backup Role) : When needed, provide basic project status updates management in your absence, ensuring continuity without making independent strategic decisions.

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting role
  3. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  5. Effective communication and presentation skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  7. Familiarity with financial banking and corporate investment industry practices and regulations
