Job Description:

  • Develop creative content and visual materials to support employer branding campaigns and hiring initiatives
  • Design digital assets for social media, events, and internal communications (e.g., posters, flyers, presentations, videos, reels)
  • Collaborate with the Amartha content team to publish content ideas aligned with campaign goals
  • Ensure all content and designs follow Amartha's visual identity and tone consistently
  • Manage content scheduling
  • Support visual needs for campus hiring, career events, and employer branding activations
  • Contribute to content performance tracking and give creative input for optimization

Requirements

  • Open for entry-level candidates, including fresh graduates
  • Educational background in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Skilled in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms
  • Basic knowledge of social media trends and content formats (especially Instagram & LinkedIn)
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
