Due to our record-setting pace of growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a Partner Account Manager
to manage and grow our strategic partner network across Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving partner acquisition, development, retention, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Network Growth
- Proactively identify, approach, and recruit potential partners and clients within the assigned region.
- Take full ownership of client acquisition — from prospecting, pitching, to closing.
- Oversee the onboarding and enablement process to ensure successful integration.
Partnership Development
- Co-develop strategic business plans with partners, including co-marketing and joint sales activities.
- Ensure partners complete training and certification programs to strengthen their capabilities.
- Conduct regular check-ins to nurture strong, trust-based relationships.
Partner Sales Management
- Collaborate with partners to develop lead generation strategies and expand the sales funnel.
- Implement joint sales motions with internal Sales Teams.
- Monitor performance and conduct ongoing training to optimize partner effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements

— graduates of top universities with proven academic or professional excellence. - Demonstrated record of outstanding performance in previous roles, projects, or leadership experiences.
- Proven experience in client/partner relationship management, preferably in financial services.
- Strong personal and professional network within the Indonesian market.
- Ability and willingness to
source your own clients and partners independently
. - Deep understanding of industry trends and ability to prioritize high-revenue potential partners.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term, trusted partnerships.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales and business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
