Lantai Satu Cafe & Eatery is part of CV Muara Anugerah Perkasa, a growing family business in the culinary and hospitality industry. We are here to provide a warm and relaxing experience with quality coffee, delicious food, and friendly service.

We are currently preparing for our grand opening on November 1st and are seeking enthusiastic, professional individuals with a passion for the culinary world to join our team from the very beginning of this journey.

Job Description:

As a Kitchen Staff, you will play an essential role in preparing and maintaining the quality of food served in our coffee shop. You'll work closely with the team to ensure every dish is presented neatly, hygienically, and meets our taste standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food and beverage ingredients according to recipes and standards.
  • Assist in cooking, plating, and food presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and cooking equipment at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with baristas and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, minimum age 18 years old.
  • Previous experience in a café or restaurant kitchen is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Highly disciplined, clean, and eager to learn.
  • Willing to work in shifts and during the preparation period for the Grand Opening (November 1st).
