Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Lombok. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensure smooth Operations (kitchen and service), quality service delivery, and maintain guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food service operations, creating and controlling budgets, training and supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Experience in Training and supervising staff to maintain a skilled and efficient team
  • Proficiency in Budgeting to manage resources effectively and optimize costs
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry and a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
