Job Purpose

To ensure accurate and timely calculation of funding allocations, projections, and reconciliations by maintaining robust data processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform and ensure accurate financing calculation according to business rules, agreement, regulatory and management decision.

·       Collect, maintain and produce funding data and claw back from various sources including dispensation and other funding related documentations.

·       Generate reports of funding achievements and payment for partners, leaders and other stakeholders.

·       Support audits and compliance reviews with clear and traceable records

·       Collaborate with IT or system teams to improve automation and accuracy of funding tools.

·       Test and validate system enhancements or new calculation logic.

·       Support business initiative by performing validation of campaign initiative from distribution channel and ensure alignment with campaign mechanism and approved guidelines.

·       Respond any queries regarding funding and other campaign related within agreed timeline

Key Qualifications

·       Strong analytical and numerical skills.

·       Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros); experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.

·       High attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Good communication and documentation skills.
