Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of borrowers' financial performance
  • Capable to impose appropriate measures (covenant, facility structure etc) to mitigate credit risks
  • Improve discipline in credit monitoring process
  • To work on various ad-hoc engagement to broaden exposures, engagement with various stakeholders across the bank as well as more responsibility (project management role)
  • To help the bank to manage NPL and impaired assets – create healthier portfolio
  • To actively involve in credit monitoring process
  • To add values in the credit application process that is led by Relationship Managers – by focusing on financial and industry analysis preparation

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree with major in business, management, accounting, or banking and finance
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis or corporate banking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude
