About the Company:

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support the sales team in preparing and managing product samples (AC, insulation, and related products) for presentations, demonstrations, and client projects.
  2. Assist in creating product presentation materials, including catalogs, brochures, and presentation slides to support sales activities.
  3. Prepare and manage supporting documents such as product certifications, technical specifications, and other administrative files required for proposals or projects.
  4. Assist in calculating project requirements using AutoCAD, including area calculations, material quantities, and design adjustments according to client needs.
  5. Support the preparation of product quotations, including gathering technical data and pricing information to help the sales team compile sales proposals.
  6. Actively participate in the preparation of exhibitions and promotional events, including preparing promotional materials, product displays, and supporting the company's marketing media needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Able to learn and understand the company's product knowledge, both from a technical perspective and their practical applications in the field.
  2. Proficient in AutoCAD, particularly for calculating and drafting project requirements accurately.
  3. Skilled in using design software such as Canva, CorelDraw, or Adobe Illustrator to create promotional and presentation materials.
  4. Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Architecture) or other relevant fields.
  5. Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work collaboratively in a team, especially in coordination with the sales, engineering, and project administration teams.
  6. Strong administrative and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
