1. Market Research and Analysis:
Continuously monitor the dynamics of agricultural product market, including price trends, supply and demand, competition, etc.

Collect and analyze relevant data to provide accurate market intelligence for the company's trade decisions.

Study market trends and consumer needs, and provide suggestions for product development and promotion.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
Keep close contact with existing customers, understand their needs and feedback, and provide high-quality customer service.

Develop new customers, establish and maintain good cooperative relationships, and expand the company's market share.

Handle customer complaints and problems to ensure improved customer satisfaction.

3. Product Promotion and Marketing:
Develop and implement agricultural product promotion plans, including advertising, promotional activities, etc.

Participate in various exhibitions and business negotiations to showcase the company's products and increase brand awareness.

Assist the sales team in marketing activities to promote product sales.

4. Supply Chain Establishment:
Finding suppliers: Establish cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign agricultural product suppliers to ensure a stable supply of goods.

Logistics Cooperation: Cooperate with reliable logistics companies to ensure efficient transportation and warehousing of goods.

5. Data management and analysis:
Collect, organize and analyze market data, sales data, etc., and provide regular reports.

Provide support for decision-making through data analysis, and optimize market strategies and business processes.

6. Policies, regulations and quality monitoring:
Pay attention to and comply with relevant agricultural product trade policies and regulations to ensure the company's compliance operations.

Determine the varieties of agricultural products to be traded and establish a strict quality control system to ensure that the products meet international standards and customer requirements.

7. Teamwork and communication:
Maintain good communication and collaboration with internal departments to ensure the smooth progress of market support work.

Report work progress and market conditions to superiors in a timely manner, and provide necessary suggestions and decision-making support.
