About The Role

Tentang Anak is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Associate Commercial to play a pivotal role in shaping our online commerce strategy, focusing on both apps and marketplaces. This position is a key driver in bringing Tentang Anak products to market successfully and ensuring consistent healthy growth of revenue

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create strategic direction and oversee operational excellence of commerce activities in apps Tentang Anak, and marketplace, especially Shopee
  2. Achieve sales target by providing creative campaign and promotional ideas and ensure healthy margin in the marketplace
  3. Strategically position Tentang Anak products within the online marketplace to be the most popular or recommended product by the consumer
  4. Ensure the daily strategic operations of commerce activities such as shop management, campaign program, and analytics related to performance are well executed and well planned
  5. Utilize advanced data analytics tools to measure and optimize the performance of commerce initiatives
  6. Conduct thorough reviews of marketplace listings and campaigns to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  1. Minimal 3 years of experience managing and growing online marketplace
  2. In-depth understanding of marketplace operations and backend processes
  3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, and recommendations, and drive actions
  4. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy
  5. An entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership qualities, and a collaborative attitude
