About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused E-Commerce Sales Associate to join our thriving e-commerce team at PT Fundo Sukses Bersama's art division called Maidagallery. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service support to our online customers, helping to drive our e-commerce growth and success. The role is based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing outstanding customer service through phone, email and live chat channels
  2. Assisting customers with product selection, order placement and post-purchase support
  3. Proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales data
  5. Updating and managing stock of goods
  6. Continuously expanding your product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
  7. Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our e-commerce customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or service role, ideally within an e-commerce or retail environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  4. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, CRM systems and other relevant digital tools
  5. A keen interest in the retail and e-commerce industry, with a drive to stay up-to-date on trends and best practices
  6. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
