CRM Intern akan membantu tim dalam mengelola komunikasi dengan pelanggan yang masuk dari iklan dan media sosial.
Fokus utama posisi ini adalah
menjawab leads
,
menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan
, dan
mendukung campaign komunikasi harian
agar pelanggan merasa dilayani dengan cepat dan hangat.
Tanggung Jawab
- Menangani chat masuk dari iklan dan media sosial (WhatsApp & DM).
- Mencatat dan memperbarui data pelanggan ke sistem/database.
- Melakukan follow-up pada leads sesuai statusnya
- Membantu pengiriman pesan blast atau campaign CRM (greeting, promo, info trip).
- Mengumpulkan testimoni dan feedback pelanggan setelah trip selesai.
- Menjaga nada komunikasi agar ramah, sopan, dan sesuai karakter brand ARENA.
Kualifikasi
- Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari jurusan apa pun, pariwisata diutamakan
- Komunikatif, responsif, dan teliti dalam mencatat data pelanggan.
- Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp Business & Google Sheet.
- Suka berinteraksi dengan orang dan punya empati tinggi.
- Tertarik belajar tentang dunia pariwisata dan pelayanan pelanggan.
Durasi & Penempatan
- Magang : 3 - 6 bulan
- Lokasi: Full On Site - Tamanan, Banguntapan, Yogyakarta
