**Position Goals**:

- Support the Business Development Manager in identifying and capturing new client opportunities by providing accurate proposals, quotations, and relevant documentation
- Enhance the company’s business development strategies by maintaining organized records, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable recommendations..

**General requirement**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, within the furniture, manufacturing, or retail industry.
- Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic supply chain and logistics processes, including shipment tracking and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and international trade is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English

**Job specification**
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with order management, client relationship tools (e.g., CRM), and basic sourcing processes to support business development and sales activities effectively.
- Accuracy: Ensures precise documentation, order tracking, and reporting to maintain smooth workflows and uphold client satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks, including order processing, client communications, and record updates, while meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjusts to changes in order requirements, client inquiries, or supplier issues to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

**Sales & Business Development Support**
- Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying potential clients and markets.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and product catalogs for client meetings and presentations.
- Support the team in managing client inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, and sourcing options.
- Maintain organized and updated records of client communications, orders, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
- Track and report on sales opportunities and business development progress.
- Help track competitors’ sourcing strategies and offer recommendations for improving the agency’s own sourcing efforts.
- Help prepare and update internal documentation, including price lists, catalogs, and product samples for client presentations.

**Order Processing & Tracking**
- Assist with order management, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently from initial request to final delivery.
- Track and monitor the status of orders, shipments, and product deliveries to ensure they meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Update the sourcing team on any delays or issues related to orders and collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve problems quickly.

**Reporting & Performance Metrics**
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of sourcing activities, including supplier performance, cost analysis, and delivery time-lines.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is filed and up-to-date in the company’s CRM or project management software.

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
