Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Office Supplies Management: Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of office supplies, ensuring a sufficient daily supply.
  2. Property Liaison: Maintain good communication with office property management and employee apartment property management, handling leasing, maintenance, cleaning, and related matters.
  3. Fee Payments: Ensure timely payment of various fees for office spaces and employee apartments, including water, electricity, property management, and internet, to ensure smooth operation.
  4. Office Materials Management: Manage fixed assets and office equipment, conduct regular inventories, and ensure proper usage of assets.
  5. Office Environment Management: Supervise the cleanliness of office areas, optimize the office environment, and ensure a comfortable and organized workplace.
  6. Client Reception: Responsible for the reception and arrangement of visiting clients, partners, and government agency personnel, providing a professional business image and service.
  7. Language Support: Handle translation work for internal and external communication in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, ensuring accurate information delivery.
  8. Other Administrative Support: Assist with other daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient and smooth administrative processes.

Requirements

  1. Approximately 1 year of relevant administrative work experience is preferred.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  3. Strong proficiency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and the ability to translate in all three languages.
  4. Strong comprehension ability, able to quickly grasp and execute tasks.
  5. Proactive and with strong execution capabilities, able to complete tasks efficiently.
  6. Excellent communication skills, able to maintain smooth cooperation with different departments and external parties.
  7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, with good stress resistance, capable of handling multiple administrative tasks.
