We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates/entry-level professionals to join our Sales team as Sales Consultants. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to start a career in international sales and business development. You will be working remotely supported by our global leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and develop business in person, by telephone and email campaigns. Identify potential customers within all targeted industry segments, promoting LC's unique business value and industry expertise.
  • Attend/participate in conferences/events to acquire news Sales qualified leads and progress current relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates through a composition of all the required elements.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives.
  • Promote LC's services via LinkedIn to ensure maximum brand visibility, generating brand recognition for LC in the market and your professional network.
  • Create brand value for LC across Indonesia, contributing also to our international presence.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate (any stream); no prior sales experience required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
  • Based in Indonesia with the ability to work remotely.
