Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the completeness of document handovers from the billing team.
  • Prepare all necessary supporting documents.
  • Verify that the documents meet the requirements for invoice submission.
  • Compile all required invoice documents and distribute them to the collector.
  • Prepare the necessary supporting documents for invoices sent via JNE courier.
  • Proactively follow up on the status of each invoice.
  • Submit invoices to the B2B system and download necessary attachments.
  • Recap and filing all document handovers (TTF) invoices.
  • Follow up on any pending issues regarding invoice submission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG industry as Billing Staff.
  • Can work either as team or independently.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
  • Experience in journalizing.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel, such as lookup & pivot.
  • Work smart, dynamic, detail oriented, and fast response.
  • Good integrity and attitude.
