Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the completeness of document handovers from the billing team.
- Prepare all necessary supporting documents.
- Verify that the documents meet the requirements for invoice submission.
- Compile all required invoice documents and distribute them to the collector.
- Prepare the necessary supporting documents for invoices sent via JNE courier.
- Proactively follow up on the status of each invoice.
- Submit invoices to the B2B system and download necessary attachments.
- Recap and filing all document handovers (TTF) invoices.
- Follow up on any pending issues regarding invoice submission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in FMCG industry as Billing Staff.
- Can work either as team or independently.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
- Experience in journalizing.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, such as lookup & pivot.
- Work smart, dynamic, detail oriented, and fast response.
- Good integrity and attitude.
