Are you a driven communicator who enjoys building partnerships and achieving measurable business growth? Join One Third Consulting & Abroad (OTCA) as a B2B Executive and play a key role in expanding our corporate network through strategic collaboration and data-informed outreach.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and institutional partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose customized partnership solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver B2B service proposals.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to support business strategy refinement.
  • Manage client databases and ensure smooth communication pipelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relations (fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Able to work onsite at Cawang, East Jakarta and available to join immediately.
