We're looking for a couple of
part-time Product Research & Marketing Interns

to support our new product development, specifically in the Product Market Fit phase.


Location:
Across Indonesia (preferably based in Java Island, including Greater Jakarta / Jabodetabek)


Arrangement:
Remote (with occasional offline activities, e.g., FGDs or on-site research in your local area)

Responsibilities:

  • Compile demographic groups and participant lists for surveys and interviews.
  • Create and distribute user survey questions to targeted student groups.
  • Manage one-on-one interviews and focus group discussions (FGD).
  • Support the design and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios.
  • Gather insights from FGD and UAT results to identify user needs and pain points.
  • Prepare research reports and summarize findings with recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to validate features and support decision-making based on data.
  • Assist in aligning research insights with go-to-market plans or marketing initiatives to ensure consistency between product direction and market communication.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (min. 3rd Semester).
  • Preferably majoring in Product Design (UI/UX), Marketing, Creative Marketing, Communication, Information Systems, Informatics, or Psychology.

Experience:

  • Has prior experience handling survey or research projects, either through coursework, student organizations, or competitions (e.g., market research, marketing initiative, UX research, UI Design, etc.).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and research skills; able to translate data into insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in conducting interviews or FGDs.
  • Basic understanding of user research, UI/UX design, or marketing research principles.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with survey tools or basic design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar) is a plus.
