To support our business we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team of professionals.
The role will comprise these main tasks and activities:
- Administrative support (Petty Cash, Accounts Receivable / Payable, Office Matters).
- Supply Chain Coordination (Orders, Logistics)
- Customer inquires / Face to the customer.
- Supporting Sales & Marketing Activities (online, offline)
Your profile:
- Good understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain matters.
- Good command of English (for communication with overseas suppliers)
- Strong organizational skills.
- Professional computer skills. Good MS Office skills (Word/Excel), Apple Mac OS. Motivated and capable to self-learn new programs and applications.
- At least 4 years relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work in a small team, result driven, self starter, eager to learn.
