We're looking for a passionate pre-opening Director of Sales & Marketing for Regent Bali Canggu who blends professionalism with warmth, inclusivity, and creativity.

The Role

Lead all sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue, elevate brand presence, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* People & Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team; foster collaboration and a strong team culture.

* Sales & Marketing: Drive occupancy, rates, F&B, and events revenue through strategic sales plans, marketing initiatives, and client relationships.

* Guest Experience: Coordinate group business, conventions, and upselling of hotel services and amenities.

* Brand & Community: Build strong relationships with media, partners, and local stakeholders; promote sustainability initiatives.

* Financial Performance: Meet sales targets, manage budgets, forecast performance, and analyze market trends.

* Growth & Visibility: Lead sales blitzes, special events, and represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements

* Proven experience as Director of Sales & Marketing (or similar) in an international luxury resort chain, preferably in Bali

* Solid understanding of luxury market dynamics, revenue drivers, and brand positioning

* Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

* Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

* Experience working with global brands, diverse cultures, and international markets
