Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies for developing Delta Electronics products in the local market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to formulate strategies to achieve sales targets, especially for automation, power management, and industrial drive solutions.
  • Analyze product pricing, negotiate with principals and customers, and establish competitive selling prices.
  • Maintain and strengthen the brand equity across all marketing and sales channels.
  • Conduct performance analysis and develop strategies to improve product sales results.
  • Oversee the launching process of new products and improvement of existing products, such as inverters (VFDs), servo drives, and power supplies.
  • Propose new product ideas or variations based on market needs in automation, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure proper planning of product supply.
  • Conduct market surveys and analyze industrial needs in potential areas.
  • Build promotional collaborations with external partners and support customer engagement and education efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or project management, preferably handling electrical or automation systems.
  • Proven ability to work closely with principals (such as Delta Electronics) and cross-functional sales teams.
  • Familiar with OEM/EPC customers and industrial markets such as automation, manufacturing, or building infrastructure.
  • Experienced in managing products like VFDs, power supplies, or industrial automation systems.
  • Strong skills in marketing strategy execution and product training for internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed at the company's head office in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta.
