About the role

This full-time PPIC role with PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia in West Jakarta, Jakarta offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing and logistics company. As the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) specialist, you will play a crucial part in optimising the company's supply chain and production operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective production plans to meet demands and business objectives
  2. Monitor inventory levels and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
  3. Analyse production data and identify opportunities for process improvements
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and optimise workflows
  5. Maintain accurate records and reporting on production, inventory and supply chain performance
  6. Support the continuous improvement of the company's PPIC systems and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a PPIC or similar supply chain role, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics industry
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to utilise data to drive optimisation
  3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across the business
  4. Proven project management capabilities to coordinate various supply chain activities
  5. Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
  6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Logistics
