Job Description :

  1. Memimpin Dan Mengembangkan Tim Sales Melalui Arahan Strategis.
  2. Menyusun Dan Mengimplementasikan Strategi Penjualan Untuk Mencapai Target Revenue Dan Ekspansi Pasar.
  3. Mengelola Operasional Penjualan Dan Distribusi Agar Berjalan Efektif, Termasuk Pemantauan Aktivitas Harian, Pengelolaan Stok, Dan Penyelesaian Kendala Operasional.
  4. Berkoordinasi Dengan Berbagai Pihak Internal Maupun Eksternal, Termasuk Tim Keuangan, Logistik, Dan Supplier Untuk Kelancaran Proses Bisnis Dan Pengambilan Keputusan.
  5. Menyusun Laporan Dan Rekomendasi Strategis Kepada Bod Terkait Kinerja Penjualan, Pengembangan Bisnis, Serta Efektivitas Operasional.
  6. Membuat Dan Merancang Kpi Tim Sales

Requirement :

  1. Lancar Berbahasa Mandarin (Wajib).
  2. Pengalaman Minimal 5 Tahun Di Bidang Sales B2B Dan B2C Dalam Dunia Retail.
  3. Memiliki Komunikasi Yang Baik Untuk Berkoordinasi Baik Dengan Stakeholder Atau Tim.
  4. Pendidikan Minimal S1 Manajemen Bisnis, Manajemen.
  5. Berpengalaman Dalam Merancang Sistem Insentif Dan Dashboard Kinerja Untuk Memotivasi Tim Di Garis Depan Sambil Menjaga Standar Premium.
  6. Mengerti Dunia Olahraga Dan Kesehatan Menjadi Nilai Tambah
