Organizational Development Analyst (OD Analyst)

Support the Human Capital transformation by providing data-driven analysis, structure alignment, and process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining organization structures and updating job documentation across business units.
  • Build and update HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, tenure, etc.) to support dashboards and reporting.
  • Support workforce and manpower analysis by compiling data and preparing summary reports for planning purposes.
  • Support competency mapping and career path framework implementation.
  • Consolidate and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and governance updates.
  • Monitor and report on Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in HC projects (HRIS, OKR, 360°, engagement survey) through coordination and data support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Capital roles, preferably in Organization Development, HR analytics, or other related roles.
  • Basic understanding of organization design, performance management, and talent management concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with crosss-functional teams.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with HR analytics tools is a plus.
