GRIT AI is an Indonesian HR Solution company helping businesses hire the right talent faster through technology and AI.

We are developing an AI-powered Lead Generation Robot to automate the process of identifying and qualifying both potential clients and tech candidates. We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help us build it.

Role Overview

You will design, build, and maintain intelligent automation workflows using no-code tools and AI APIs such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and OpenAI.

Your goal is to turn manual data collection into a smart, self-running system that supports our recruitment and outreach teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build end-to-end automation workflows (search, qualify, store, notify)
  • Integrate data sources such as , LinkedIn, or Google Search APIs
  • Use OpenAI API (ChatGPT) for data enrichment, scoring, and lead qualification
  • Connect automation results to Google Sheets, Airtable, or CRM tools
  • Schedule, monitor, and optimize automations
  • Document workflows and train internal users

Requirements

Must-have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in no-code or low-code automation (n8n, Make, Zapier)
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and Google Workspace automation
  • Experience using OpenAI or ChatGPT API
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Based in Jakarta area (remote collaboration)

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in lead generation, recruitment automation, or marketing operations
  • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python)
