SUMMARY OF JOB

To provide after Sales Service which included the commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, on-site modification / Upgrading, Retrofit, Life Extension service, maintenance contract, digital service, spare parts sales, and solution to support customer need.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with direct customer, regional new sales managers, service partners and order fulfilment to secure after sales business and track sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to identify the scope of work.
  • Develop new sales opportunities, utilizes excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge.
  • Interact with account manager, Inside Sales Engineer and Field service Operational Marketing. Increase the mix of Service Plans sales as a top priority.
  • Responsible for on time customer information regarding preventive maintenance and parts replacement.
  • Prepare technical and financial offers for all services in the region including customer service relate. Support and provided Leads to GUTOR new sales for system replacement / retrofit technical support.
  • Develop account profiles and executes the sales plan.
  • Apply market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences.
  • Identify and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new.
  • Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery..)
  • Contract negotiation and project handover to order fulfillment.
  • Ensure Partners have tools required to drive revenues
  • Collect Partner results for report generation
  • Process renewals both direct and through Partners
  • Ensure correct information in CRM and database
  • Work with Legal on special contract terms and TnC
  • Educate customers on all SE/GUTOR products and services with special attention on Recurring and digital Offers
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to other sales employees
  • Coordinate and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Between years technical sales experience in the relevant field is required
  • Proven success in prior sales roles
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer. The concept of Customer Intimacy is critical in Field Services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers
  • Thorough knowledge of GUTOR services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools, MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, Oracle, CRM.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Willing to travel within Asia Pacific country and international for business purposes
