Role Description

The Wedding Experience Manager / Assistant Manager / Executive will play a critical role in driving and managing all activities related to wedding experience at AYANA Hospitality. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the stunning destination of Bali, Indonesia. The key responsibilities include developing and executing wedding experience, working closely with clients and wedding planners to understand their wedding needs, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. The role requires a proactive approach to managing wedding event execution, maintaining client relationships, and meeting revenue targets, while embodying AYANA's commitment to extraordinary guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Wedding Planning, Event Management, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
  • Competence in event budgeting and financial planning
  • A knack for problem-solving
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • Professional experience in luxury hospitality or events, particularly in a high-end resort setting, is preferred
