Job Purpose

General Manager bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan menyeluruh unit bisnis restaurant (day operation) dan entertainment/night venue (evening operation), mencakup strategi bisnis, operasional, revenue, people management, serta kepatuhan dan keamanan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Revenue Management

  • Menyusun dan mengeksekusi strategi bisnis untuk operasional
  • Mengelola P&L, target revenue, cost control, dan profitabilitas unit.
  • Mengoptimalkan multiple revenue streams (F&B, entertainment, event, dll).

2. Operations Management

  • Memastikan kelancaran operasional restaurant dan entertainment venue sesuai standar layanan.
  • Mengelola transisi operasional (layout, ambience, sound, lighting, security).
  • Menyusun, menerapkan, dan mengawasi SOP

3. People & Organization Management

  • Memimpin seluruh tim operasional (Service, Kitchen, Bar, Entertainment Crew, Security, Marketing, Admin).
  • Melakukan coaching, performance management, dan pengembangan kompetensi tim.
  • Membangun budaya kerja yang profesional, disiplin, dan customer-focused.

4. Compliance, Risk & Safety

  • Memastikan kepatuhan operasional unit terhadap perizinan, regulasi hiburan malam, dan standar K3.
  • Mengawasi pengelolaan risiko operasional, termasuk crowd control dan keamanan tamu.
  • Mengoordinasikan pihak internal dan eksternal terkait keamanan dan kelancaran operasional venue

5. Brand Experience & Customer Satisfaction

  • Memastikan implementasi konsep dan brand experience di area operasional venue sesuai dengan strategi marketing yang ditetapkan.
  • Mengawasi customer journey di venue (service flow, ambience, musik, keamanan) agar selaras dengan positioning brand.
  • Mereview feedback tamu dan mengoordinasikan perbaikan operasional bersama tim terkait

6. Reporting & Strategic Development

  • Mereview dan menganalisis laporan operasional dan keuangan unit yang disusun oleh tim Finance.
  • Menyampaikan laporan kinerja unit kepada manajemen/owner.
  • Memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berbasis data performa

Job Requirement

  • Pengalaman minimal 5–7 tahun di industri hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, atau lifestyle venue.
  • Pernah memimpin operasional dengan jam panjang atau multi-shift.
  • Memiliki pemahaman kuat terkait P&L, service excellence, dan people management.
