Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver user-centric, conversion-driven design to support client office rapid-growth initiatives with the 100-day plan

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to design in-app community and engagement experiences for client office

  • Execute end-to-end UI/UX design for features in the client office loan product, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with real user needs

  • Build wireframes, user flows, UI screens, and prototypes with fast turnaround and clear rationale

  • Conduct iterative design based on user feedback, usability insights, and business goals

  • contribute to the refinement and expansion of our design system, ensuring reusable components and consistent patterns

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all design output is feasible, polished, and ready for development handoff

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, with a strong background in mobile app products

  • Proven track record of shipping real app features from UX to UI (portofolio with live product examples required)

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong UI & visual design skill and interaction design capabilities, with high attention to detail-oriented

  • Experience in conversion optimization /growth design /funnel design is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with fintech, banking, lending, or payment apps is a strong advantage

  • Experience in design system setup, componentization, or scalable UI frameworks is preferred

  • Able to work independently, quickly, and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • English proficiency required
