Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost plans/estimates for feasibility to detailed design stages
  • Provide cost advice and update cost plans as design evolves
  • Establish and monitor project budgets and cash flows
  • Review cost commitments, variations, and payments
  • Implement cost control systems and track all expenditures
  • Produce cost reports, variance analyses, and executive summaries
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in QS, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years in cost management / QS
  • Proficient in CostX/Cubicost and advanced Excel
  • Experience in large-scale developments
  • MRICS/AIQS preferred
