Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS)

Location: Bali

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, budgeting, and contract administration across our construction projects. The role requires close coordination with project, design, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BOQs, cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
  • Monitor and control project costs throughout construction
  • Evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage variations
  • Assess and certify progress claims and final accounts
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
  • Conduct site visits to verify quantities and work progress
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, and Contractors
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and contract terms

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Senior level preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, and contract administration
  • Experience in property, villa, hospitality, or infrastructure projects
  • Proficient in MS Excel and cost management tools
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
