Hi we are looking for a
Power Platform Developer
to join our
Low-Code Development Team
for a digital safety management project.

You will help design and implement a
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) workflow system
within the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting our client's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, configure, and deploy
    Power Apps
    for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident management.
  • Build and maintain
    Power Automate
    flows for approvals, task routing, and notifications.
  • Design and manage data structures in
    SharePoint Lists
    or
    Dataverse
    .
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate
    SCAT (Systematic Cause Analysis Technique)
    methodology into digital workflows.
  • Integrate the app with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Planner).
  • Work closely with the
    Power BI
    team to enable real-time RCA dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Ensure solutions comply with
    Microsoft Power Platform governance, security, and access control
    .
  • Participate in Agile sprint reviews, testing, and change management sessions.

Requirements :

  • 2–4 years
    experience with
    Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    .
  • Proficient in
    Dataverse
    or
    SharePoint Lists
    for data modeling and relational design.
  • Experience in designing
    Canvas Apps
    with conditional logic, forms, and validation.
  • Strong understanding of
    role-based access
    , security roles, and Azure AD integration.
  • Experience with
    mobile-responsive app design
    and
    integration with Outlook / Teams
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in an
    Agile sprint-based environment
    .
