We are looking for a People Partner to join our HR team. Your key responsibilities is to provide high levels of employee service, facilitate an efficient day-to-day human resources activities and administrative support to ensure the smooth running employee journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact on all people-related matters
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, as well as to provide HR insights and solutions
  • Execute end-to-end payroll calculations and its components, such as overtime, bonus/incentives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and program to support the company's talent management strategy
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee morale, recognition, and retention & organize internal events, recognition programs, and wellness activities
  • Partnering with leaders and relevant stakeholders on Ad-hoc project

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields. HR certifications are a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in full HR spectrum including Compensation & Benefit, Talent Management, and Industrial Relations
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and its implementing regulations
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end Compensation & Benefits administration, including payroll processing, BPJS (Employment and Health), PPh 21 tax calculation.
  • Experienced in using Mekari Talenta is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English is a plus
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align Human Resources initiatives with business goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
