Regional People and Culture Officer

The Regional People & Culture Officer is responsible for overseeing all administrative processes related to People & Culture and General Affairs within their respective regional area. This includes maintaining administrative order, ensuring cleanliness and workplace safety, as well as managing and recording costs and efficiency initiatives at each branch office.

Main Responsibility:

  • Responsible for monitoring and managing the talent pool, recruitment & selection processes up to deployment across all regional areas / branch offices of G4S.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing employee relations and employee engagement across all regional areas / branch offices of G4S.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing the employee termination process, whether due to retirement, death, end of client project period, serious misconduct, resignation, and others.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring activities related to branch offices in the regional area, including lease legality, office facilities and equipment, and operational utilities for all branch offices.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring the utility and operational costs of all branch offices.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or Psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience in Management/HR Generalist and/or General Affairs
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management with HSE understanding
  • Experience in managing building permits and legalities
  • Physically and mentally fit (proven through medical examination results)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work with high mobility
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Having Driving License (for mobilization)
