What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and supervising the work of MEP teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  2. Interpreting and implementing MEP drawings, specifications and other technical documents
  3. Identifying and resolving MEP-related issues that arise during construction
  4. Collaborating with project managers, site engineers and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery
  5. Monitoring the work of subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
  6. Providing technical guidance and support to MEP technicians and installers
  7. Preparing detailed progress reports and documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor MEP or in a similar role within the construction industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including design, installation and troubleshooting
  3. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and other construction documents
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  6. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
  7. A relevant engineering or technical degree or diploma
