KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Drive cost optimization while ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee contract management, performance reviews, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics Solutions, and Finance teams.
  • Develop and implement procurement SOPs and performance-tracking frameworks.
  • Monitor and manage vendor risks, quality, and sustainability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years' experience in procurement (preferably logistics, supply chain, or chemicals).
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian regulatory requirements (NIB, NPWP, PKP, OSS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and compliance capabilities.
  • Strong network nationally with shipping lines, hauliers, etc.
