Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineering Staff located in Batang, Central Java, Indonesia. The Industrial Engineering Staff will be responsible for evaluating and improving manufacturing processes, optimizing workflow and systems, overseeing production efficiency, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in operations. The role also involves coordinating projects, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in production processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
  • Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering processes and techniques
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, & Kaizen
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry is an advantage
