Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Staff member located in Ciputat Timur. The IT Staff will be responsible for managing and maintaining network systems, ensuring network security, troubleshooting IT issues, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include monitoring network performance, implementing security measures, resolving technical problems, and supporting users with IT-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Information Technology and Network Security
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in the facilities management industry is a plus
