Coordinate, run and ensure the LK3 system is running well and smoothly, as per KPI Target or Annual EHFS Work Program

Job Description :

  • Implement and ensure the running of company policies according to the procedures applicable in the work area.
  • Running and ensuring all policies related to the environment and Occupational Safety and Health are running well.
  • Perform improvement (continuous improvement) EHFS system in an effort to reduce the number of work accidents in order to improve the effectiveness and work productivity.
  • Run the external relation function (environment) with the related institution.
  • Creating and actualizing project assignment to support the achievement of Objectives & Objective Refinery.
  • Connect with related departments to assist in solving the problems faced.
  • Create a job health analysis and review the report periodically or make a proposal against a request that changes its policy or create a new policy.
  • Managing first aid kits in accidents and carrying out further medical follow-up.
  • Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
  • Run the PRP system and ensure its implementation properly.
  • Responsible for maintaining and maintaining equipment (equipment) in the EHFS.
  • Review, evaluate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports from the inspector to the section head.
  • Recommend improvements (if any) related to the report of the inspector.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EHFS / K3 roles, preferably in manufacturing/refinery.
  • Strong understanding of EHFS regulations, systems, and standards (SMK3, ISO, OHSAS/ISO 45001, HACCP, etc.).
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and incident investigation.
  • Familiar with audit processes (internal & external) and regulatory compliance.
  • Good coordination and communication skills, including experience working with external stakeholders and authorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Able to prepare reports and present recommendations clearly to management.
  • Willing to work on-site and respond to emergency situations if required.
  • Certified K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) is an advantage.
  • Placement in Belawan (Medan)
