ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a
Customer Experience (CX) Associate
to support users across Gotrade's platform — answering questions, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every investor.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of fintech, trading operations, and customer success — while building a career in a fast-growing company.


Location:
Jakarta, Indonesia (Full-time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to basic customer questions via email and chat.
  • Escalate technical or sensitive cases to senior team members.
  • Use helpdesk tools (like Intercom or Zendesk) to manage tickets.
  • Explain Gotrade's platform and features clearly to users.

Stock Operations Support

  • Review trade and transaction logs for accuracy.
  • Monitor account activity and flag unusual behaviors.
  • Assist with dividend and corporate action inquiries using templates.

KYC & Onboarding

  • Review KYC documents for completeness using internal checklists.
  • Guide new users through onboarding and verification steps.
  • Update customer records accurately in the CRM.

Team Support

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to share customer insights.
  • Join team reviews to discuss pain points and user feedback.
  • Support other departments when customer perspectives are needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fresh graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years of experience).
  • Strong interest in
    trading, investing, and financial markets.
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and curiosity to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and eager to take initiative.

Requirements

  • Based in Indonesia and legally eligible to work.
  • Strong written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency a plus.
  • Passionate about user experience and financial education.
